"HERD" in

“Herd (noun): A typically large group of animals of one species kept together under human control”, Merriam-Webster dictionaries. A “human creature” that does not belong to a herd tries to move among other herds. Whether together or apart, in the end we merge with the great nature of our planet. “The film was created by chance. We as artists didn’t plan it and we didn’t organise the people and animals who took part in it; we simply asked to enter the space.”

"PRESENT PARTY" in
Lugar Futuro, Viseu, Portugal
The performance focused on dance, combining music and recorded footage, in a collaborative process involving three artists from different parts of the world. The research explores relationships with natural and urban spaces, forms and atmospheres, and how movement and sound impact and affect the human body within each space. The artists have focused on how their presence, feelings, and bodies have been affected by their interaction with their environments, including how they behave in relation to others and how they can connect with each other.
